A japa variant of the mantra Har Hare Hari Wahe Guru. This is a Shakti - Bhakti Mantra, to balance the worldly and spiritual way of life. At this speed, the mantra can be chanted 11,000 times in exactly 9.5 hours.
This practice is only recommended for stable people with a lot of meditation experience, and then only with guidance.
But this version is also suitable for all other meditations where the mantra is used.
The mantra was recorded by Deva Singh and Shamrang Singh for a Japa retreat in June 2013.
