Download products can

1. can be downloaded via a link sent by email.
This email with access data (link) to execute the download will be sent immediately after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after receipt of payment).

2. Download products can also be downloaded in the customer account.
The download will be made available immediately after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after receipt of payment).
You will also be informed about the availability via email.

Number and duration of the download option

The purchased downloads can be downloaded 7 times. This can be used if a download has failed or to load the download onto different (own) devices.

The download is available for 365 days from purchase.
