How we can use life crises and unbearable circumstances for our vitality and self-empowerment.

Life is usually a mountain. Descent and ascent alternate. In times of expansion we can make provision for times of shortage. In times of descent, we can prepare for the next expansion.
Joie de vivre arises from this game of polarities. There is no need to muddle through in times of crisis or bury your head in the sand. Instead, we can look forward to the next stage with relish. Every movement inwards strengthens the movement outwards.

With the help of life cycles or life waves, we can move into a state where we no longer suffer from life's opposites, but can actually enjoy them. Opposites and polarities lose their horror. When they are endured and no longer avoided, a new sense of connectedness emerges.

The connection of everything with each other is a pervasive force that runs through all areas of life. We can find a special form of cohesion that is not external but rooted in ourselves and at the same time sets and removes boundaries. We know that this being reading these words allows for an immediate connection to the world. That should be enough to agree to a basis. A foundation is needed to find a connection in the whirlpool of time that will allow us contentment and happiness.
There is no base reality, no base identity, no base commitment. There is solidarity because we want to shape our world together.
