In yoga, we assume that we are pure and whole at our core. We can build on this when we do physical exercises. Likewise, there is a natural state of mind that can be experienced when thoughts no longer distract us.
This is in contrast to our everyday experiences, where we struggle with all kinds of adversities and often feel neither pure nor whole. But that can be changed.
The yoga exercises are there to make the pure, healthy core within us accessible. We embark on a journey into our origins. There, where we can connect to the sources of our being, we find something that has been lost or forgotten by us.
We find our natural state, our naturalness.

We find a lot of knowledge about these processes in the ancient scriptures of yoga. The influence of our life choices on the way we perceive and process things is far greater than we think. Our naturalness functions like a reset button with which we can return ourselves to an original state at will. This is significant because naturalness can be a way to heal autoimmune diseases that many people suffer from.
