Ik Ardas means "My prayer". Yogi Bhajan said that meditation is when we listen to God and prayer is when we talk to God. The mantras, shabads and songs on this album reflect his prayer to live a healthy, happy and spiritually fulfilling life through becoming one with the One.

Let the mantras and the music permeate your subconscious - in practical everyday life or as an ongoing game while you sleep. The title "Kal Akal" was the festival meditation at the Yoga Festival in France 2005.
