A completely different musical version of Guru Gobind Singh's Jaap Sahib is presented here than the previously known ones: With the accompaniment of the Spanish guitar, this powerful prayer and mantra is able to touch beyond all cultures and religions, and unites us in a universal prayer - groundbreaking in the dawning Age of Aquarius. It brings peace to the earth, giving hope to the hopeless, strength to the weak, and compassion to all living things.

The Jaap Sahib was composed by Guru Gobind Singh (10th and last Sikh master) in 1685 at the age of 19. "Jaap" means to utter or chant, and the Jaap Sahib consists of 199 verses containing 950 descriptive names of the formless divine being.

Sometimes God is referred to in "negative" descriptions which clarify what God is "not" and sometimes the ONE is described in wonderfully positive attributes. Guru Gobind Singh embodied kindness and courage, meditation and action in an extraordinary personality and this vibration can be felt and connected with by reading or listening to the Jaap Sahib.

The second track Ajai Alai is a prominent verse at the beginning of the second section of the Jaap Sahib and is included here in a separate 11-minute version for special meditations. Ajai Alai is a mantra for peace and healing. It has the power to break through any blockages and negativity.

The voices and musical arrangement of Sat Nirmal Kaur and Sangeet Kaur convey relaxation and joy in learning and singing along to the Jaap Sahib.
