A set of exercises that can teach you a lot about yourself...

This series of exercises combines our perception with the needs of the body. This makes it a very good prevention for all kinds of diseases - as long as we have the courage to put what we newly discover into action.

The first exercises work on the spine and thus on the position on which we are currently standing.
The 4th exercise then breaks up our usual perception
. The 5th exercise feeds this new experience back into the information of the spine.
The last two exercises then fill in the empty space created by the previous exercises.
