Rakhe Rakhenahar Aap Ubarian = God it is you who protects us everywhere,
Gur ke päri paia kache savarian = lets kneel before the Guru and do what is right
Hoa aap dial manho na visarian= By your grace we know that you will never forget us
Saad janaa kä sang bhavjal taarian = You show us in the Sangat where the other shore is
Saakat nindhak dushte khin maahe bidarian = You destroy the power of every enemy, every tyrant
Tis sahib ki tak Nanak manä maahe = Nanak says that you can be found in your own mind
Jis simrat sukh hoe saglä dukh jaahe = When we remind you, the heart starts beating
