Don't Cry For Me Children Of Sikh Dharma (15:06)
In the fall of 1999, during one of his meditation classes, Yogi Bhajan asked to write a song entitled A Wish from the Master. He also requested that this song contain a modification of the lines of the well-known song "Don't cry for me Argentina", namely the line "Don't cry for me children of Sikh Dharma". Children of Sikh Dharma"), and that this should be written in the past tense as if he had already left. More importantly, he asked that the song celebrate his life and not mourn his death. When the finished song was played to Yogi Bhajan, he said: "It's perfect - don't change it". It is with great respect, great humility and great gratitude to the life and work of Yogi Bhajan that this song and mantras can be presented here.
