The mantra Sa Ta Na Ma conveys balance and intuition, especially in the Kirtan Kriya Meditation. Kirtan Kriya Meditation is one of the most important meditations in Kundalini Yoga. The two different length versions - one short, the other long - are excellent for the practice of this meditation.
