Meditations for Transformation is a series with Snatam Kaur's music that is particularly suitable for active yoga practice. Each CD contains two meditations of 31 minutes each. The booklet contains detailed instructions for the meditations, the mudras (hand positions), as well as the effect and orientation of each meditation.
Snatam Kaur's intention with these CDs is to provide her audience with a tool with which to promote the daily practice of yoga and meditation.

The general guideline is to ideally practice these meditations for 40 days at a time. Following the Kundalini Yoga experience taught by Yogi Bhajan, you will be able to break old patterns or habits after 40 days, establish a whole new, positive pattern or habit after 90 days, and after 1000 days to achieve true mastery. You can also practice the meditations for 11 minutes, and if you practice them as often as possible, you will be able to feel and internalize the special effects after a short time.
