This mantra is called Guru Gobind Singh Shakti Mantra - Laya Yoga Wahe Guru Chant.
Laya Yoga is the science of meditation using a combination of breath, rhythm and mantra to achieve a heightened state of consciousness. This is a meditation for ecstasy. Here the mantra Wahe Guru is used in a special form and in a special rhythm. It is a so-called guru mantra, which means: The ecstasy of God-consciousness, which is beyond description.

For meditation, sit cross-legged (Easy Pose, cross-legged and back straight) with hands in gyan mudra. Concentrate on the point between the eyebrows and chant the mantra as follows in a single breath:

Waheguru, Waheguru, Wahe Wahe Wahe Guru. Waheguru, Waheguru, Wahe Wahe Wahe Guru.

After completing a set, inhale quickly and deeply and repeat the mantra. Immerse yourself in the divine sound current and meditate on the sound within you. Continue for 11 to 31 minutes. To finish, take a deep breath and focus the energy on the top of the head.

Note: The music was recorded in a tantric style, ie men and women always take turns chanting the mantra. For meditation, however, chant the mantra as described above.
