An ingenious version of the energizing Kundalini Yoga mantra:

Hum Dhum Har Har Har Har Hum Dhum

Hum is the mantra that means: We are God in ourselves.
Dhum means God outside. Har is the creative, creative force of the universe.

This mantra opens the heart and imparts the ability for powerful communication and action. The music is rhythmic and stirring - at the Yoga Festival 2006 in France this was the daily festival meditation, sometimes accompanied by up to twenty musicians.

The recording was made a year later at the Yoga Art Festival in Mexico, at the foot of the Iztacihuatl volcano in a handmade yurt with a straw-covered floor with local participants and musicians.
The powerful, energetic live atmosphere is conveyed immediately when listening and singing along to this dynamic music.

The second mantra on this album is called Guru Gobind Singh Shakti Mantra - Laya Yoga Wahe Guru Chant. Laya Yoga, the science of meditation using a combination of breath, rhythm and mantra to achieve a heightened state of awareness. This is a meditation for ecstasy. Here the mantra Wahe Guru is used in a special form and in a special rhythm. It is a so-called guru mantra, which means: The ecstasy of God-consciousness, beyond description.

For meditation, sit cross-legged (Easy Pose, cross-legged and straight back) and hands in gyan mudra. Concentrate on the point between the eyebrows and chant the mantra as follows in a single breath:

Waheguru, Waheguru, Wahe Wahe Wahe Guru. Waheguru, Waheguru, Wahe Wahe Wahe Guru.

After completing a set, inhale quickly and deeply and repeat the mantra. Immerse yourself in the divine sound current and meditate on the sound within you. Continue for 11 to 31 minutes. To finish, take a deep breath and focus the energy on the top of the head.

Note: The music was recorded in a tantric style, ie men and women always take turns chanting the mantra. For meditation, however, chant the mantra as described above.
